Lucas
Lucas is located northeast of Dallas. It is bordered by Fairview to the north, Allen to the west, Parker to the southwest, and Wylie to the south. Lucas offers a unique blend of big city amenities and a small city environment. It has excellent schools and two beautiful parks.
Parker
Parker is located in Collin County. It is bordered to the north by Allen, to the west by Plano, to the south by Murphy, to the southeast by Wylie, and to the northeast by Lucas. It is 26 miles northeast of the center of Dallas.
Parker offers "country living at its finest." Here you can still find spacious lots for homes, which is uncommon for many of the more densely populated adjoining cities.
Parker has a beautiful country setting with close-by city conveniences such as shopping malls and high-quality Plano and Allen schools.
Parker is the home to the famed Southfork Ranch, the setting used in the television series "Dallas."
Fairview
Fairview is located northeast of Dallas and Plano. It is bordered by McKinney to the north, by Allen to the west and south, and by Lucas to the southeast. The community is marked by large houses on large lots, expansive open spaces, numerous horse farms, rolling hills, and beautiful creeks. Fairview is also known for its excellent schools.
The Village at Fairview has many premium shopping, dining, and entertainment options.
