Fate
Fate is a small town located directly east of Rockwall. It is known for its family-friendly community, active neighborhoods, and high quality of life. Fate was called the "fastest growing city in the state" by The Dallas Morning News in 2011.
Royse City
Royse City is located northeast of Dallas and east of Garland on Interstate 30. It is a small town with a population around 11,000, but it is growing rapidly. Royse City has numerous new subdivisions and it attracts people who enjoy the small town life, but don't want to be too far from the city.
Heath
The City of Heath offers peaceful small-town life with beautiful neighborhoods and distinctive homes. It is removed from the bustle of city life, yet still in close proximity to the cultural and entertainment amenities of the Metroplex.
It is home to many recreational opportunities offered by Rush Creek Yacht Club, home to Olympic Gold Medalist sailors, and the award-winning Buffalo Creek Golf and Country Club.
Heath is also known for its exemplary schools, including the state-of-the-art Rockwall-Heath High School.
